LeeKee is an Chinese restaurant aiming at providing the most authentic Chinese food in Dublin Town.
Xiang style is characterised on extensive use of ingredients, focusing on details, emphasising on magnifying the flavour and the freshness of the food, hot and sour, soft and tender. Its cooking methods are mainly via simmering, stewing, steaming and frying. Sichuan cooking consists 38 type of methods. The style incorporates both North and South cooking traditions in China, which allows the Sichuan style to be easily accepted by the majority of Chinese People.
