Awesome wine bar with a really cool aesthetic. The rooms of the old chemist are lined with dusty bottles and handwritten prescription books from back in the day.
Obviously, the selection of wines is great, with the notable exception of a lack of a decent pinot noir.

I visited recently with my wife Una and ordered the cheeseboard. Taste was good but the texture was the real standout for me, sublime. Just wait till I tell the guys at the yacht club! The negative however was the music was too loud, perhaps a change from the Gypsy Kings would be fitting also, its not 1991 anymore!

Greay little spot with lovely food and wine. Friendly and cosy atmosphere. The Irish nachos were very tasty! Quite a small space, at least in the front of the bar so better for smaller groups

At first, the facade looks a bit fade, but a hint of extravagance attracts your looking at it twice and gives you the idea to push the door.
The decor is pharmacy like. With some old prescription books and a huge display of wine and liquor bottles.
À la carte i decide to have a white Bordeaux and salmon pâté with toasts, served at the counter.
Have a look at this place. It’s a hidden jewel.
Nice staff too!

Arthur Mayne's Pharmacy is a great location. They have a good selection of Irish whiskies. They serve brunch and dinner. The meals are of good value.
There is plenty of seating available. It is wheelchair accessible and friendly. However, when it gets busy it becomes difficult to manoeuvre around. There is wheelchair accessible parking nearby.
