Passionate about pastry!
Just a bit about myself and the business, I started working as a chef when I was 15 and after a few years of working in Dublin I set off to work in Australia for a year then after a brief stay back home I saved up and went to study pastry in an amazing French pastry school called Ecole Nationale Superieure de Patisserie and learned off some very talented chefs and bakers, after that I done a brief "stage" with MOF Bruno Montcoudiol and was the pastry chef of the one michelan star restaurant Francoise Gagnare, when I returned home URBN Cakes was born and I have been trying to make some new fresh ideas taking from what I learned along the way and it still continues....
