A superb meal and exceptional service. We ate at the upstairs Suas area, and I had a short rib that may have been the best I've ever had. Positively melted in my mouth, and was preceded by an excellent seafood chowder. The service was gracious and prompt, and our dining party was left wanting for nothing. Definitely would come back when in Waterford again.

Great place just behind Reginald's Tower in Waterford. We were asked if we'd like to sit on the roof terrace. What a nice dining atmosphere, overlooking the ancient tower. The Bacon and cabbage was really good. I didn't realize until this week here in Ireland that the Irish don't eat Corned Beef and Cabbage, but what they call Bacon and Cabbage. Their Bacon is what we call ham. It was served with mashed potatoes and I'm a cream sauce. Very good. My wife had a hamburger and it was special you. I'd highly recommend this place.

Best creme brulee I've ever had. Anything coffee flavored is a win in my opinion. Very friendly staff and the other food we had was amazing as well.
