A surprise, a nice surprise. It was not our first choice, we entered a quiet pub and then we were showed the room upstairs. Small and cosy, a little bit dark, in my opinion. The waitress was amazing, understanding, and really kind (my wife and I were managing something complex on the phone in Italian, we were a little in trouble and our English was ... almost gone) but she took care of us really well. Food was good, sorry for them it was not our priority that day.

Owners have done a great job on the renovation. Gorgeous bar on the ground floor and individual bar spaces upstairs. Friendly staff, great ambience. Quality traditional music. Dublin needs more bars like this
