Passionate and knowledgeable baristas serving great coffee. What more could you want? This shop has very nice vibes and friendly staff who greet you the moment you walk in. Even whilst busy I was able to engage in deep conversation with the barista about the coffees they had on offer along with great coffees we have both tried in different places. This for me is what drinking coffee is about, it’s more than a drink it should be a sensory experience. While there I had a great Natural Brazilian espresso along with a very flavourful washed Kenyan on v60 (Did someone say blackcurrant?) 100% will return when back in Cork again, hopefully when less busy so I can talk more coffee talk.
