We went in the off season and we were able to walk in and sign up for a tour. There was less than a 15 minute wait. There tour takes you into the working facility and you can see products being produced. The tour guide was very informative and answered many question. The shop had a large variety of crystal items to buy and there was an eating area. The location, if you are into shopping, had a nice center along the river shorline.

Tour was great! Our tour guide, Bernie, was very friendly and knowledgeable. The art of making crystal is very fascinating and time consuming! The product is absolutely stunning. The tour offered great insight to all the work put into each piece. That's why it's so expensive, haha.

The staff was very welcoming even to a very dressed down American. It was very odd being in a place where the jewelry was the least expensive items. An older gentleman helped us look at the jewelry and was knowledgeable about the products.
