Sorry Folks, due to the heat, I have a technical problem in the bakery and I cannot make bagels for Galway Market this Saturday 24 July.

So with the fine weather we have decided to take a small summer break from the shop in Gort for these two weeks. I mean who wants bagels in this heat??...but if you do you can see us at the market in Kinvara Friday and Galway Saturday. We will re-open in Gort the first week of August.
