I made Rainbow Chard Nibitashi side dish for lunch today. Used home made Dashi-tsuyu (Kombu dashi stock + Shoyu + Agave Syrup + Sea Salt) and grated fresh ginger.
Just blanching chopped Rainbow card and mix with Dashi-tsuyu & grated ginger.
So quick, no oil used and full of Umami!
